I was having one of those existential crisis/impostor syndrome moments yesterday so I decided to watch a review of one of my books.
The fact the reviewer said they were glad it was a series because he didn't want it to end just yet due to his attachment to the characters is enough to continue 🥹

Folks, I'm burnt out from social media.
I used to be SO productive back when times were simple.
But now I'm fighting algorithms, and other social media savvy authors, being forced to become a content creator for my books in the tiniest hopes that someone might buy them...
I'm exhausted 😩

15 years ago today, I experienced the horrible disaster an earthquake could make while I was studying in Japan.
Mind you, as an Icelander I've had my fair share of earthquakes and I've never been scared of them, but that one....was different.
It definitely left a mark on me
