After a lot of testing, I’m 99% sure that the issue is the Power Supply. Still can’t be totally sure, but I can’t afford to take it to a repair shop to get it better checked. I’m moving in two months, so I’ve gotta make sure I’m financially secure there first. Just wish I could work on music still
