One thing I'm learning about JAKQ is that super sentai fans don't talk about how rad Mitchi Love is in the show. The Sentai wiki doesn't even mention that she was in the Japan Action Club, the people that so the suit and stunt work on super sentai.

Huh. Godzilla Minus Zero is a 12A here in the UK. Was a bit of a fuss the other day that it had received the first R rating in the US. Usually we're stricter on violence and stuff.

The first transforming robots Diaclone design chief Motoki Takaya designed were Dai Atlas, Sonic Bomber, and Roadfire, for Transformers Z (1990).
In the book “Takara SF Land Evolution”, he explains how they were inspired by Diaclone and later, vice versa.

For the new Project Backlog series I'll be doing on Mellow Gaming I've logged into my old Backloggery account and made a new list based on what games are in The Pile Of Doom. I'm sure I'll add more to it as the videos progress. www.backloggery.com/MellowGaming

This is what I mean when I say tech was more usable and fully featured in the 80s and 90s than today. Granted, this is high end, but you can't even get basic functions on tech these days without a subscription or an app. youtu.be/6tcz7qhzZtU?...

The timeline of making transformers the movie always breaks my brain. It feels like it happened so fast and then you find out there was, like, a year of script rewriting and animation didn't start until 1985.

Episode 3 of jakq has Kenji Ohba as a actor and I think this is one of his first full on screen speaking roles in toku. Was the second suit actor for akaranger and played one of black crosses goons in Gorenger but wasn't speaking in them.

Starting editing that Transformers Devastation vid I'm doing for my Games channel. This is easily the most of me filming myself talking I've done. I used to just record the bits where I knew I'd be on camera for the games vids but I'm recording the entire thing now to give me more freedom in edit.

Behold… a JUGGERMORPH! Figured I’d try and draw something that wasn’t my normal art style and play around with something a bit more cartoony, maybe a bit Genndy Tartakovsky inspired? Whadya think?

Picked this up yesterday. Not super common in the UK. Only ever had this dvd release here I believe. Better than the anime adaptation I'd bet.
