Sincere post alert: One of my fondest Phillies memories is laying in bed with my kid listening to Sanchez’s complete game shutout. Now we’re here in the Bank for Luzardo’s. And her streak remains intact. I’m pretty happy.

I really try not to grumble about tough school district weather calls, but I’m on my way to pick up my kid for the second “excessive heat” early closure this week alone, and it’s currently lovely out, and if it doesn’t get disgustingly hot soon I’m going to end up on the news.

My kid fell in love with this movie like a month *after* we came back from London and didn't see this, and I've been checking every day since for news of a transfer. PLEASE. I BEG.
Another London dispatch: If any of you know any Broadway producers or investors, I am begging you to convince them to transfer "My Neighbor Totoro" to NYC when it closes in London in January. It is one of most enchanting, moving, heartwarming shows I've seen & I want audiences here to experience it🙏
