Health news, KFF: examination of 79K Medicaid enrollees (CO & PA) showed ZERO amt of fraud. OH, TX, & UT data had similar findings. US has not spent $1 billion on illegal immigrants in 5 states. Of the 68.5 million Medicaid enrollees (2025), fewer than 400 people were ineligible.
