Aged just 19 and 17, Honor and Cat set up Maiden Cricket to create purpose-made sportswear for women after previously having to wear ill-fitting kit which been designed for men and boys.

They presented their idea to the Dragons in August and all five experts wanted to invest🥳

British Cycling's new app offers an 8-week journey that helps people reignite their love of cycling.

This could be particularly beneficial for women, who make half as many trips by bike as men, and are more likely to cite safety concerns as being a barrier.

Marina Logacheva did an Ironman in September 2020 and just three months later, her experience of sport totally flipped.

An accident in December meant she became paralysed, setting about a long journey into rediscovering her love for sport.
