The great Housing Bill lil’trumpy refuses to sign needs a Constitutional reminder: Article I, Section 7 says a bill automatically becomes law after 10 days (excluding Sundays) if a President neither signs nor vetoes it and Congress remains in session. If Congress adjourns, a pocket veto may apply.
