on monday, i chanced upon an impromptu gathering of @theModelARestorersClub.bsky.social at TedDrewes_FrozenCustard . so many cool cars and apparently fairly easy to restore with an abundance of spare parts available.

tuesday was busy. met the hubs to give him some important mail that arrived and then dropped by my sister’s to help with an electrical issue and finally my dentist to figure out best step forward for a crown that had come off over the weekend (no pain, fortunately) and finally home to #FredAndEthyl

i’ve taken to carrying my fold-up stool with me for when i have to hang out by myself. on thursday i had a run-in with that old spitter, Mama Dilophosaurus, who can be annoying on most days, but with this crazy heat is kinda refreshing. yeah, i know, i’m weird ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

a leftover from wednesday. while in the Incectarium, i was telling a woman about Gold Silk Spiders when her daughter came up, turned around and showed the back of her neck revealing a ladybug! Mom plucked it off and placed it in my hand.

i haven’t been sleeping well this week at all. it all caught up to me on saturday so much so that i cancelled out on movie night at a dear friend’s place. sunset was lovely though and #FredAndEthyl and i went to bed not much later
