The lawyer for the Venezuelan man shot by ICE yesterday says he was discharged from the hospital and transferred to ICE detention while the bullet was still inside of him, and that in Pearsall he's not received any pain meds and was forced to sleep on the floor.

Here’s my optimistic beginning of NFL season post. I’m a KC football fan. I HATE “the chop.” I wish my team would NOT caricature indigenous American cultures as a thematic brand. The Superbowl victories I have been fortunate to experience are amazing. I’d love to root on more success this season! ❤️💛
