I've really enjoyed Voyager, but there were so many missteps. If they had written this like it was a RPG (levels, weapon and ship upgrades, etc) it would easily be S tier Trek

Worth noting that property taxes pay for municipal roads, so basically every person pays for roads, not just drivers. Yes, even people who rent, because that's where the rent money goes.
