Weird feeling about this Brazil v Norway - happy to have Gabi and Martinelli get some time off. Equally as happy to see Odegaard get some more game time and more of his playing confidence back.

Hit my goal today. After a high of weighing 203lbs, this morning got on the scale at 160lbs, lipid profile also saw significant drop - trigs went from 177 to 88 and Chol dropped 31 points. Feeling as good as I have in years.

Follow up on our Antonio Nusa Scouting report. We know who the main target is. Nusa fits the profile of a supporting cast member with a long ramp. Given Arteta's post CL Final talk on Individual actions of attackers, Nusa fits that profile to a T but with some shortcomings

The more you look at Bouaddi you can see the appeal. 18 y.o. Already carrying real senior minutes. Strong defensive activity. Comfortable receiving under pressure. Mature enough to play on a bigger stage. There are still development questions, but his base is impressive.

Bouaddi gives you control, defensive timing, and maturity at 18. He is one of the more interesting young 6s in Europe. For Arsenal, he definitely fits, but the price and his progressive passing may leave some concerns.

I keep seeing scores posted by the haters and the voyeurs (and Arsenal curious) who say PSG are going to put 4 or more past us. In the last 2 years Arsenal a.) have conceded 3 goals only once and b.) haven't been played off the park by a single opponent.
