Alberta has a $2 billion surplus. That gives us a choice about what we do with it.

Disabled Albertans lost $200 a month when ADAP replaced AISH.

Minister Nixon says this is an opportunity.

Although Parker is 11, authorities say he functions at approximately the level of a two- to three-year-old child. He is non-verbal, may be frightened and may not respond when called.
