The Sponsorships already pay 60-80% below market rates, and now creators have to get crafty to find game keys on other services - or buy from Steam and then refund them.

In the ongoing saga of Twitch's Sponsorship product taking advantage of creators, several sponsors in recent weeks have NOT offered game keys as part of the Sponsorship.
Creators are expected to buy the game themselves, which often costs more than the Sponsorship pays.
