I realize that hating AI is all the rage and I understand the reasons why, but this is a really dumb take that suggests no one at IGN has any understanding of how AI is actually used by the game studios using it.
It really seems like the sort of thing the biggest games journalism site should know.

If the Democrats can’t win this Senate seat in a +11 Democratic national environment against the most corrupt person ever to run for a Senate seat, it’s time to safely conclude that Blexis is a pipe dream.

I remember during the first administration, people were mad at the (comparatively) good republicans like Spicer and Mad Dog for not quitting on principle and as I guessed at the time, the alternative (literally everyone is a craven bootlicker) turned out to be much worse.
i think more often than i should about how every person that staffs this administration is just an extraordinarily unpleasant piece of shit, above and beyond a standard republican admin and above and beyond even the first trump admin
she’s also, like, extremist *even in comparison to trump* and she’s going to put forward positions he doesn’t even hold, just a bewilderingly bad choice in an administration increasingly defined by very poor staffing choices

While I think the anti-AI sentiment on Bluesky is often ludicrously overblown, I would still much rather be on the site that is ‘we have reasons to be skeptical about this technology’ than the site that is ‘LOL let’s all make Nazi CSAM revenge porn’.
That might just be me.
