It doesn't happen all the time, but sometimes games include too much film. In Banjo-Kazooie, the bad guys have their own credits roll.
'Seems excessive.

A year ago, I assembled this controller.
Although it's easier to set up in Windows than a Steam controller, I still took this apart, just because it's too ugly.

Every time Nintendo stops doing something they used to do, it's an opportunity for some other brand to become more Nintendoish.

This piece of indie game film was made, using only PowerPoint 2003 and old "pre-subscription era" Photoshop.

I like where this is going, but why are there 2 USB ports in the back?

Floppy disks have spent more time being used as save icons, than being used to store data.

I don't use the term "Metroidvania".
The creators of Metroid and Castlevania don't pay me to.

Billy Joel thought that science and poetry would rule after the last war is won.

Alundra 2's graphics were rough around the edges, yet it still had interesting content, like the scene where the protagonist sees a giant key in the distance, covered in scaffolding.

If you like Pokopia, you might also like Graffiti Kingdom.
You can draw your own Pokémon.

You can tell that a movie was made in the 90s, if the villain looks into a fluorescent light and says "Kidnap that hero pig".

I'd like to put a gaming PC inside a red and black plastic enclosure. They're not very easy to find.

I'm thinkin' about using a toolbox as an enclosure.

I watched Jason and The Argonauts the other day. I couldn't understand the story, but I DID want answers to Ali G's question about why skeletons are always involved in evil.

Some PC games melt better into an N64 controller than a standard one, and I'm not foolin'.

When I bought this in a used game store, the counter guy asked me what fighting games I was interested in.
The answer was..... zero.
I said there were about 4 locally-made games that would probably work with this.

PCs should be able to launch games at least as smoothly as a Nintendo 64 could.
I'm old enough to remember when software just opened and then you could start working.

Now it's: wait, checking for updates, installing updates (wait I didn't want to install an update), checking for updates, please login, ask for 2FA code, login to 2FA app, verify email, why did I open this again?

I recommend not requiring delicate mouse movement in point-and-click games.
King's Quest VII is almost really easy to play with a controller, but the wand adjustment challenge makes that idea more absurd than it would otherwise be.
