In July 2024, I reported that Coinbase appeared to be violating campaign finance law by making contributions while holding federal contracts. I filed an FEC complaint alongside @publiccitizen.bsky.social. The FEC hasn’t acted. Since, Coinbase has given $60M more and landed another federal contract.

Here's Hinds County, Miss. We vote by mail in Washington. We drop our ballots in the mail. But this? I consider this obvious voter suppression. The meager number of locations, combined with inordinately long wait times in line just stinks of a place too long under the control of rightwing fascists.
