No group meal with the oldies last night but I did make myself and Mary a pastrami sandwich with homemade kraut. The old bird wouldn't give me her bread recipe, like a super dense and crusty sour dough meets a berryful wheat

Almost every day I pay the cost of standing up against the white nationalists here. It has been about 36-37 years since I have seen them as little more than human waste. I let them know what I thought soon after figuring it out.
Several times a year I get nails in the driveway.

Recently after a massive craving I went on a hunt, in a limited fashion because I don't drive. I used the internet and some in person visits looking for Krispy Kreme locally. They were everywhere when I was younger.
None no where. Now I think I see why, they cost more than 1$ each now, $15 a dozen

A friend had stock go missing. It could of only ever been one person with the amount gone. I watched 87 hours of video. Saw them take it off the shelf, then 6 hours later take it to their car. It lined up with exactly what was missing.
He is still trying to argue it could not be them.....

They moved on.
I went and got them, went through self checkout and then waited outside. 7.86 later and a kid is happy.

I was asked to provide the snackies for 28 kids. No allergies so peanut butter was cleared. I made monkey bites. Nilla wafers with peanut butter and topped with a slice of banana. I made 150 of them.
It seems they were expecting me to make something like 1 each for the kids. Oops.

An HOA bought up land on three sides of my friend's farm. He did not sell them an inch, did not argue with them he just didn't take their calls, didn't read their letters and asked them to leave when they showed up. In their fashion they had made themselves and their offers known long before coming

Living life in general without fear is an interesting thing. I have walked into places no one else would, seen things no one else was willing to. I have also been hurt/injured a lot.
On a usually down note I also lack the ability to know when to shut my mouth because I do not fear the outcome.

The amount of help I need that would begin to make a difference in my life is not a lot of money. Not in the grand scheme, it is for me.
When I find out for a fact that people local are spending money to make sure I do not get any help and I mean thousands, it makes me feel a little sick.

I will read a book that got my imagination going.
Later on I will look for the movie that had that story in it because of how vivid it is in my mind. Only much later (usually) to remember it was indeed a book.

Just handed off a quart of tea I make for an old friend. I use earl grey bags, add orange zest, nutmeg, cinnamon, a little raw sugar and some honey.
She discovered that is her brew when she swiped about half a jar from me one day.
