FCC floats censoring LGBTQ+ and other "controversial issues" on TV. In schools and museums, "controversial issues" has meant blocking discussion of race, gender, sexuality, bodily autonomy and political issues.

In other words, remaking broadcast to match Christian Nationalist ideology.

We thank @aoc.bsky.social for speaking the truth about age verification in the House E&C hearing today! As she stated plainly, and we agree, age verification is a smoke-screen for censorship. It is NOT about kids safety!

The adult industry does everything first, including figuring out which weird technology is hype.

AI has done many things, but the biggest gen AI impact has been to make fans incredibly suspicious so now creators have to constantly prove their not AI.

When I pay for pornography, I:

1) Don't want to have a monthly subscription
2) Want to be able to download and own what I buy
3) Want to be able to be selective
4) Want the artist to be able to make something once that they can continue to profit off of rather than constant live streams
Adult creators are increasingly turning to clip sales to drive income. In our latest "State of the Creator" report, we took a look at the data to understand where (and why) the market is shifting.

Trump has reportedly sued Chase bank and its CEO for $5B, accusing the megabank of "debanking" him.

As he pursues a lawsuit that could only benefit him, Trump's administration has effectively shut down the agency that was trying to rein in debanking for the benefit of all US consumers:

Kacsmaryk uses FSC v Paxton to argue that a campus drag ban — in an indoor venue for college students! — is constitutional because a minor *might* be present on campus and the performance *might* involve prosthetic breasts.

This is everything we warned about.

This is why you defend “porn.”
Judge Kacsmaryk rejects challenge by West Texas A&M University's LGBQT club to drag show ban, saying the First Amendment doesn't protect "self-expression in all forms, and certainly not the libertine 'expressive conduct' absolutism envisioned" by the group. storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us...
