You see, Richard, your problem is that Reform is, basically, a bunch of horrible bastards doing horrible bastard things in a conspicuously horrible bastard way.
In general, people don't like horrible bastards.
I hope that's cleared things up for you Richard, you horrible bastard.

RNLI volunteers are skilled, caring and courageous.
Little wonder Farage and his fellow travellers hate them.

Also, why is this basically written up as "quirky crowd make an embarrassing mistake" and not "violent racists form mob because Asian people use hotel"?

When you work in a hospital you are confronted on a daily basis with the fact that social care does not work….and that therefore stops the NHS from working. If people want the NHS to work, they will need to start caring about social care. That’s a big ask in a selfish, individualistic culture.

Nothing says 'man of the people' quite like a politician calling a by-election at public expense on the issue of whether or not he should have the right to secretly take donations from Thai-based crypto billionaires and a convicted fraudster

Where is her mandate?!?

And not a squeak from Farage, Lowe, Robinson or Tice.

Nothing. Literally nothing.
A shirtless white man, in the street with a knife in his hand, having attacked and wounded five people, allegedly shouting anti-Muslim slogans is the sixth story on the BBC UK news page. There is absolutely no doubt at all this would be the lead story if attacker and intended victims were reversed.

I see people are writing Burnham's political obituary already.

It's almost as if they want this cycle of chaos.

Personally I want progress and a functioning country and really have had my fill of shitweaselery

We are not a serious country.

We expect immediate results with minimal cost and zero pain.

14 years of ruinous Tory austerity and Brexit, and we expected Starmer to turn all that around in barely 2 years?

Yeah, we are not serious people.

Just a quick reminder when the usual (Tory) suspects start clutching their pearls, calling for a GE, between 2016 and 2024 we had 5 Tory PMs
Cameron (chickenshit)
May (weak and wobbly)
Johnson (law breaking custard balloon)
Truss (outlasted by a lettuce)
Sunak (king of backtrack)

Farage is immensely popular in the minds of the senior execs at MSM.. so they promote him because their right wing owners say so..

But to the majority of us he’s a smiley, grifting wrong’un and that’s that 🤷🏼‍♂️
The lesson also is that people who hate Reform really hate Reform and that's the majority of people in this country.

I've never believed the "Nigel Farage will be our next PM" thing but now I don't believe it even more than ever.

Once again, it’s not the vetting that’s the problem. It’s Reform’s DNA that’s the problem.
It’s a racist, misogynistic, far right party, led by a corrupt egomaniac funded by crypto/fossil fuel billionaires and christofascists.
No one remotely decent would sign up.

But, a “Women and Motherhood Protection Act”
From a party of misogynists with links to MAGA christofascists and anti-abortionists.

Just call it the Gilead Act and be done with it.

Around 50% of arrested race rioters in NI & the rest of the UK beyond already have criminal records for domestic abuse.
These are the 30 women killed since 2020 in Northern Ireland, all by white men

21 killed in their homes by men they knew. The youngest 20, the oldest 82

21 were mothers, 4 were killed with their children in the home. Two were pregnant

Nobody rioted over their murders

“Let’s be crystal clear: Reform are no friends of working people.
