I wish just one NATO leader (or all of them) would say, "This is unacceptable. The US president has lost his mind. America come get your boy. He's broken and needs to be under a doctor's care back home." I wish someone would tell the damn truth about what's happening.

"We defied aging. It didn’t work. We got older. We ate more kale. We got older. We got more fresh air. More exercise. Drank red wine. It didn’t work. So now, when it’s spring, one of the things we most look forward to is being alive."

Shift Happens
When a geriatrician asked an audience of people working in healthcare how many of them expected to die, very few raised their hand. Then she asked, “Would you prefer to be old when it happens?"

While you can’t afford a trip for your family this summer, you just paid for Sean Duffy’s 7-month road trip at $4.55 per gallon of gas.
oh my god -- Sean Duffy on Fox & Friends this morning announced that he spent parts of *7 MONTHS* (more than half a year!) on a roadtrip with his family to celebrate America's 250th anniversary

The effective federal corporate income tax rate:

1950: 50%
1990: 25%
2020: 13%

Stop asking "but how we will pay for it?" Restore the corporate tax rate.

That is how we will pay for it.

Senators, Congress members:

Have new Articles of Impeachment been put to a vote today?

If not, why not?

Are you waiting for the mid-term elections to be sabotaged before doing anything? Because then it will be too late.

Voters:

I'm confused how an American president can reduce sanctions on two countries currently killing American citizens and others and remain in office.

Perhaps 'treason' means something different in the US?

I think the bigger problem is that there are probably millions of people in this country that don't know we've gone to war, or don't care, as long as the WiFi is on and there's something good on TV.
The military leadership that came of age in Vietnam (Powell, Schwartzkopf) knew the value of clear objectives that could be achieved militarily vs softer political goals that can’t be achieved at gunpoint. I’m concerned that a new generation isn’t as vocal about it.

What do you think, Professor?
