As part of boot camp, Alpha School students apparently have their heart rates monitored as they watch recorded videos of their parents critiquing them. This activity takes place in front of their classmates, and students must keep their heart rates within 10 percent of their baseline to pass.

My partner has long covid and it has drastically changed her life. I met her after and she’s doing well now but it’s been a struggle. Get your vax, wear a mask when you can, wash your hands, ventilate where you are. Trust me you don’t want long covid or to die.
It’s International Long COVID Awareness day today. Thinking of all those impacted and those who will join them as a result of our current and future COVID waves. It’s very depressing that we aren’t doing enough to prevent transmission given everything we now know about COVID.
