We’re about to have endless columns about bloody Diana Spencer again, aren’t we? I’m so sick of this weird fetishisation of a woman who’s been dead 30 years.

Tonight’s episode was absolutely heartbreaking. I felt every emotion. #TheArchers

It’s time to give up our claim to the Falklands. At the very least any benefits from the oil discoveries should go to Argentina. It’s a battle not worth fighting, especially as we couldn’t mount any credible defence of the territory.

I bet £10 that the “mystery location” Harry and Meghan will move to will be the Althrop Estate. Charlie Spencer’s new book about The Princess of Hearts now makes sense - he’ll rebrand as Diana’s son and heir not the King’s son. When it suits him, obvs…

I have a decent pension and a nice house in the Home Counties. I do not want a single penny of taxpayers money to be spent on my social care when I’m old and frail. I’ve had enough from that pot already - so spend it on the young, not rich old people.

About 2/3rds of my feed is about Farage today - a typical day. And this is before America wakes up and makes 90% of my feed about Trump. I’m getting pretty bored with Bluesky these days. Am I the only one?

I voted for Starmer as leader. I’ve supported him throughout. I campaigned for him. But now, the moment has come for him to be dignified and selfless and step aside, allowing a calm no and managed transition. The fight is over and no one needs an ugly tussle...

Will someone please push Carol Tregorran down the stairs? If I have to hear them repeat the same bickering for one more episode, I may scream..

If your gut reaction to Jewish people expressing fear and horror that people are attacking us on the street is to point out how much you dislike the Israeli government, you are part of the problem. You are contributing to the sense that we are not welcome here. And you should maybe think about that

This Carol Tregorran story is boiling my piss. Why won’t any of them listen to her? She’s telling everyone as loud as she can that she wants to stay mistress of her own life, and absolutely no one is taking one bit of notice. It’s beyond tedious.

Personal statement.

I want Keir Starmer to stay as PM.

I think Andy Burnham is a superficial chancer

I think that short term thinking and chasing after clicks continues to destroy the potential for lasting- rather than superficial - change.

You may think otherwise.

Thanks for listening

Nigel Farage tells The Sun's Harry Cole that Elon Musk offered to give Reform loads of money "if we said certain things" and he refused. "I can't be bought."

Two things:

1. This is an allegation of attempted bribery. Very serious.

2. It shows the obvious: donors expect something for their money.

There are two things I’m sure about:
1. Keir Starmer will have resigned by Christmas.
2. His replacement will not be Streeting, Burnham, Rayner or Mahmood.

Lead story on the BBC News: the “fake gay” asylum scam. So 10-15 ppl get to stay unfairly. Is that *really* the biggest story this evening? Or just the BBC doing ReformUK’s dirty work for them?

Somebody really does need to quietly had Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor a bottle of whisky and a revolver. Then quietly close the study door and not open it until dawn. That’s how this story should end…

1. It was not an accident.
2. It was not a staffer.
3. While the president may have dementia his racism is not due to dementia.
4. He isn’t sorry. He means every racist thought he shares.
5. His base agrees with him.
6. He will do it again.
7. No one in power will hold him accountable.

It’s infuriating! As a Labour member Burnham MUST have known that he was *disqualified* from standing as a Parliamentary candidate until May 2028 - when his mayoral term ends. So why? This kind of antic is why I did not support him in 2015 when I voted in leadership election!
