"Why don't you do Vyvanse skip days?" Well you see I did one yesterday on purpose which meant I wasn't ready to start today until after 2 PM when it was too late to take Vyvanse and fully disqualified myself from cooking by forgetting I left a pot to boil for an hour.

Trying to figure out where the best place to hide and have a snack during Yom Kippur services because I am disqualified from fasting and will need a lil snack halfway through.

How do I nicely tell the midwife that I think we had a miscommunication because I was supposed to get labwork and a flu shot and also her notes say that I have no chronic medication and note the wrong conception procedure.

The midwife was very concerned about my morning sickness I think bc I have lost 5-10 lbs, but they also told me I should not gain more than 20 lbs total throughout my pregnancy, so idk how seriously I should take any of this.
