@octopus.energy Good morning, I'm currently on a tracker for Gas which ends on the 12th April(33 days), if I move to Octopus Flex now can I return to Octopus tracker at any time or do I still have to wait for 9 months?

Is it any wonder shops are struggling with trade, I went to Wickes for some white satin paint, the website said they had 19 in stock and when you could actually find someone to help the number in store was 0. Now ordered from Amazon and being delivered tomorrow.

@octopus.energy I usually get my monthly bill a couple of days into the month but not this month. The Transactions was updated on the 2nd Jan. Also on my account it's telling me that I can't request a refund because of an issue with my meter. As far as I'm aware there isn't an issue with my meter.

@octopus.energy I've just been setup to export electricity and the email asked for a photo of my Total export screen which I have but the email doesn't say where to send it to is it just a case of replying to the e-mail?

@octopus.energy I'm currently on a tracker tariff but have now got solar+battery, if I opt to switch to the agile tariff how long does this take and do I get access to the half-hourly rates as soon as switched? Thanks
