I find it probable she has been arrested by Finnish navy (usually less visible on AIS).

If you look at @auonsson.bsky.social's other posts, together with Finnish Border Guard patrol ship Turva now going just active on AIS near her, I think it's safe to call Eagle S a suspect in the Estlink 2 cable case.
