macOS "cannot verify this app is free of malware" is not a failed inspection. It is no inspection: the app was never notarised.
Detection has its own alert, "will damage your computer", and macOS bins known malware itself.

Three.js just hit 15M downloads a week. Something I keep not seeing discussed: I built my nav as a three.js island, then fetched my own page and counted the anchors. Two. Everything else lives inside the canvas — invisible to a crawler and a screen reader.
