I’m saddened to hear of the passing of Congressman David Scott. I’m grateful for his years of public service to Georgia, and I’m holding his family in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

In Georgia, insurance companies can charge two people with similar driving records at completely different rates based on their zip codes. That’s not how insurance is supposed to work. You shouldn’t pay more just because of where you live.

I never thought I’d be running for office, but I’ve always been called to doing what’s right and helping people. This campaign is about fixing a system that’s supposed to have our backs when we need it most.

The best part of this campaign is meeting other Georgians along the way! Just look at the coordination and style Georgians have! It was lovely meeting these wonderful ladies and hearing their stories.

I once took a pottery class with my daughter, which was a great experience building and creating something. I’m never afraid to get my hands dirty!

I’m not trying to build a political career, and I’m not beholden to industry lobbyists. I won’t answer to anyone except the people of Georgia. For too long, the state’s Office of Insurance has had a culture of corruption and hostility to consumers.

When your premiums are going up 📈but your coverage gets worse, or disappears altogether, that’s not how insurance is supposed to work.
Insurance is a promise of safety and protection, but right now too many families are being left unprotected when they need it most.
