The number of replies saying "Um, Bluesky is coded with AI" that don't seem to get the distinction between "AI bullshit we're forced to put up with by social obligations," and "AI bullshit we can freely opt out of" is pretty telling.

i would say no matter your opinion on AI usage, having a notice for users before they give (albeit limited) access to their account to a site would be appreciated by all.

Just canceled my #pebble time 2 preorder. not because of the shipping delays, or design flaws (really? not covering the edge of a piece of glass?), or the abysmal 30 day warranty. it’s because i can’t in good conscience support a product that turns out relies on vibe coding so heavily
