i am nauseated by Trump & his endless Exec Orders that have zero to do w science or reality. and sickened that the Repub party won’t say no to him. no checks a balances. no allegiance to Constitution, just money and power. VOTE.

Just to be clear, regardless of laws, the Trump White House physically controls the U.S. Treasury and appointees inside the department can distribute funds wherever and however they want. Neither Congress nor the Supreme Court can stop any of this.
