2. De komende maanden wordt een strijd om het dominante conflict. Wilders zet in op een campagne over (i) migratie en (ii) de rol van de PVV. Als hem lukt migratie en de PVV tot de dominante thema's te maken, levert dat zetels op. Maar dat lukt alleen als andere partijen én media dat volgen.
