also misleading in the sense that invisibility is always discussed as if it’s unintentional. it’s always intentional. it’s a decisive lack of consideration, not “I didn’t know / I forgot / I don’t care“

practice your favourite songs and intentionally sing lower than you usually would, helps me find my new register but also it seems to help me relax enough to higher (back to my usual register)
