The Council of Europe just wrote down what I keep saying that model is not the system. Memory, tools and the traffic between agents are where the risk lives. its good to get the confirmation from someone official finally.

OpenAI needed days to notice its own agents had broken into Hugging Face and that’s seven hundred of them!! You can’t say agents are dangerous, it is that nobody was watching the traffic between them. You cannot govern what you do not log, at any scale.

Development awarded persistency and it still does today, we just moved from compilers to interpreters and now agents 🤖

There is too much confusion around inference and agents. Fyi you can run multi capable agents on a raspberry pi. No need to run a crappy model on a mac mini really!
