A Russian military Telegram channel acknowledged that a Geran-4 drone hit a shopping center in Kryvyi Rih, saying the “target was hit.”

The strike killed 14 people and injured 121, including 22 children. A second wave then struck emergency responders.

It has been one of the hardest 24h in a while.

russia launched 703 air targets, incl 19 ballistic missiles and 25 cruise missiles.

At least 9 people were killed in Odesa, 3 in Dnipro and 4 in Kyiv, incl a 12yo boy. More than 80 people were injured.

It was great to attend #iccees2025 at @ucl.ac.uk in London. I chaired a great panel, presented my research on #Ukraine's new foreign policy towards #EU after 2022, reconnected with my former colleagues, and got new interesting contacts.
