I’m asking why he’s here.” “Andy told me your rut is bad this year. I thought it’d be best to introduce you to the one man capable of keeping up with your needs.” That took Tristan aback. Confusion twisted his mug as he stared at the shorter man before moving back to the taller one. “Look, no offense, Darren, but if my friend group that’s my age is unable to keep up with me, then what makes you think someone twice my age will?” The shorter otter crossed his arms along his burly chest. “Kid, I’ve commanded a platoon of men in rut and took care of them all. This is nothing for I can’t handle.”
