I stop drinking soda in 2013 cold turkey. The # teaspoons sugar frightened me! The fruit juices took over but seems like I was jumping out of the frying pan & into the fire. So watering it down helps somewhat? Trying to go cold turkey again. little lemonade in the heat. #sugarcrisis
