Oh yeah we went back to the hospital as soon as they called us. I refused to leave her overnight. My brother went and slept, then I went and slept while he stayed with our mom. We ended up getting a hotel room closer to the hospital so we could get there within a few minutes if anything happened.

Thanks! It was terrifying! She was fine when I left that night and maybe 4 hours later she was on life support. She's doing well now and I could not be more thankful. We still don't exactly know what happened to her that night. Just that she ended up not breathing on her own.

I do EMDR therapy to work through my medical trauma. It's getting there. I'm less hesitant, but definitely quite anxious about medical stuff.

Oh yeah it was bad. I went in once with a heart palpitation from a new med and they put me in the psych ward for several hours. Luckily they let me keep my mom with me because there was no way I was staying. I'm trying to get better about getting medical attention sooner. We work on it in therapy.

I make my own iced passion tango tea lemonade at home both because of price and they never put enough lemonade in it even if I say extra lemonade. I got hooked on the drink in NYC by going to a Starbucks to get out of the rain. It was the best I ever had. I hope that barista always gets tipped well.

I'm not much into either, but I'm a fan of flavored ice teas. I also really like Tazo Passion which is a passion fruit, hibiscus, rose hips, and orange peel tea. I use it to make a copycat of Starbucks iced passion tango tea lemonade. I also really love tea in lemonade.

My mom does butter on saltines. I thought she was the only one. I'll have to let her know she's not the only one!
