On teeth lol. I haven't really noticed it getting caught on anything. Maybe it's more noticeable when it's fresh. Only problem I've had is losing the balls 😅😅

I got it done as two separate piercings. I got a pa at 18 and the rpa at 20/21. PA healing was pretty straight forward. Took about 3 months to mostly heal. The rpa was about double that time. Getting it done as one piercing might change the time frame.
