I really enjoy Fortune's Weave! It's given some blessed sanity in a stressful time. But wow the longer I play the more obvious all the cracks become.
I can only assume rushed development or higher ups (senior devs/producers) forcing certain decisions, really.

Pretty much everything about Fortune's Weave is better than Three Houses if I'm being very honest.
I've been trash talking Three Houses' graphics ever since Engage came out and blew it out of the water visually and now Fortune's Weave is dabbing on it hardcore and everyone else in the world is shit talking Three Houses' visuals now I feel kinda bad for it

i think the big takeaway from fortune's weave and Kusakihara is that he's the single most powerful man behind fire emblem since kaga creating the series. he has a Grip on the series rn

the mouse controls are never forced, though. the tutorial for using them is completely optional.
i tried it once in the tutorial and i couldn't stand how slow it was so i never used it again. a shame because fe with a mouse mode would be great to have if done right.

from what i've heard fortune's weave has good maps in acts 1 and 2, but drops the ball in act 3.

I've heard literally no one whatsoever talk about the maps in fortune's weave in the past two weeks so I'm starting to believe they made a fire emblem game with no maps in it
