Got a community garden plot to grow more food on at my college, The Evergreen State College. Our college has an organic certified 3 acre learning farm and a large community garden that is free for students so I secured this spot and going to start clearing out.

We took litter and soil and compost samples all around the learning farm for macrofauna and organic matter. We then split up our samples for drying some and the other went into a Berlese-Tullgran funnel to extract organisms from our samples. Lectures on chemistry for nutrition and soil 🧪 science.

Charming, Senator. Now tell us, what IS it like to be born with CTE?

The federal minimum wage is still $7.25.
Eggs cost an average of $6.49/doz.
Millionaires and billionaires don’t care that most of you have to work for ~an hour of your life to afford a dozen eggs.
Stop idolizing them.

Two of my favorite books on a regenerative farmer and was delighted to see my college in one of the pictures in the book One Straw Revolutionary because Japanese farmer Masanobu Fukuoka attended an international permaculture conference at my college in the 80’s. I recommend both books so much 💝👩🌾
