Yeah, his stuff is really distinctive. The art institute owned his house and studio but recently got rid of it. Stupid decision imho

please tell me what happens to small businesses on Broadway like Edgewater Tacos, Moody's Pub, Patio Beef and other small businesses that don't own their buildings. Also please tell me how rich the developers will get. Thank you.

thank you for this I have tried/failed to find out information about this. Patio Beef, Moody's, Edgewater Tacos, I think all of these are in danger if this goes through. I have been wanting to subscribe for some time, this got me to do it. I think it only affects businesses who rent? not to owners?

I'm so glad you are reporting on this. After I got my email, I assumed it was a scam, researched what was in the big horrible bill and then was very upset at the possibility that the email was NOT a scam and that my government sent that to me. I forwarded mine to the NYT, like others apparently did
