In 2011 my grandmother passed today. I miss her.

Sometimes I need to get feelings out, but anonymously as I don't want to alarm anyone. Seems like bluesky is safe. but fucccccck I'm doing the work, its exhausting trying to regulate my nervous system,change my thoughts, acknowledge that I have triggers and to do it all alone.

I wish I had a clear answer. It would make things a lot easier. The universe seems silent. Or I just don't know how to see the signs. Or... I know the answer already, and I'm afraid because it's not the answer I wanted.
