This went down as one of my favourite overnighters. A gorgeous sunset and sunrise make the slog with a heavy pack and lack of sleep worth it #amountainamonth2026 #wildcamp

Didn't have time to go far to watch the eclipse, just a short walk up my road. This curious lot soon came over to inspect me and my dodgy glasses. Magic #eclipse #getoutside 💚

An overnight in the Moelwyns recently gave us the most spectacular sunset and sunrise to break up one of my favourite circular routes #leavenotrace #amountainamonth2026

Absolutely heartbroken to see this. The Rhinogydd have a special place in my heart.
"Wall of fire rages across 2,000 acres"

Fire crews in North Wales are still battling a growing wildfire sweeping across the Rhinogydd mountains above Harlech, now stretching over roughly 2,000 acres with a fire front around 2km long.

I can't stop thinking about the wildlife. How have we become so out of touch with the natural world?

After work dash last night for some solo sunset chasing in the northern Glyderau. I love these longer days #amountainamonth2026

Solstice hike, camp & swim. Needed that 💚

One thing about me is that if a hike is 30 minutes, but there’s mushrooms and nature, it’s taking 2 hours minimum

France bans bee-killing pesticides. Bees are the engine of our agriculture. Without them, our food supply is put at risk. Healthy soil and intact habitats form the foundation for true sustainability.

Just spent a week hiking across Northern Greece and I just want to go back as soon as possible. Amazing people and places.

Went for a trail run to unwind and absolutely stacked it, in spectacular fashion, around 4km. Luckily got away with just a few scrapes and bruises. Walked the rest. Lesson learned - only easy flat routes when tired and distracted!

19.04.26 in the Arenigs. We decided to run it and it was actually so much fun to go light and fast! I'm sold on running up and down mountains, even if I'm not great at it yet 😅 #amountainamonth2026

Genuinely one of the coolest things I've ever watched. I'll be tired today but it's worth it!

Sincerely… NASA couldn’t have chosen a better team of people for this mission. They have been a bright light in the shadowy time here. It’s been a joy to watch.

Mostly spent this long weekend staying well away from any bank holiday madness. Some beautiful local miles clocked from our front door, fuelled mainly by Easter eggs #getoutside

One of my favourite things about lighter evenings is getting to run the country lanes again. The fields are full of gorgeous baby lambs frolicking, and tonight I watched 3 buzzards flying low to hunt. As someone who can't tolerate wearing earphones to run it's so nice to have the entertainment!

Gorgeous circular in the Carneddau on Wednesday. It's been too long since I've done this route. We were out all day making the most of the weather and the views #amountainamonth2026

You don’t need closure.
You need tea and a scone.

Solo morning in the Moelwyns. Map and compass weather in parts. Despite appearances it was too warm for a hat and my hair is now rather wild 😂 Happy #IWD

Walked a section of the Sandstone Trail today with friends. 32km from Frodsham to Bickerton. The mud. Oh my days, the mud #getoutside
