I dunno with this money (assuming there is probably same amount you need for just living comfortable in US) you can buy an island/remote town in Italy/Mediterranean and start a furry commune 😁

It's crazy good, old Victorian garden from late 19 early 20 centuries on 25 acres with hundreda and hundreds of species from around the world....cause back than UK was a big deal 😁😅

Ha ! I found myself visiting Victorian gardens to be very relaxing...theplace is absolutely stunning... but I think I was one of the few people below 60 there....
