I understand this more than you probably realize. Working in healthcare, I’ve watched the system become increasingly difficult for both patients and the people trying to care for them.
My dermatologist‘s office went from friendly and helpful to telephone BOTS in one day. I can no longer speak to someone.
My family doctor hired a nurse practionerk so he can take Fridays off. He already doesn’t have full office hours as it is.
Medicine is failing Americans, one BOT at a time.
