Here is my theory about how it will go down with Trump. He bails out and Vance becomes president. In exchange for a chance to run in 2028 as an incumbent, and a shoo-in for his party’s nomination, Vance issues Trump a full pardon. Trump has already enriched himself by 4 billion.
