Absolutely stunning/horrifying to see a 5th measles death in PA.

This means the outbreak is probably far higher than numbers count, seeing as roughly 1-3 people die per 1,000. Many people aren't being tested.

Also: I'm going to states now for info, not the CDC* app.powerbigov.us/view?r=eyJrI...

Still kind of inconceivable how many people died or will die because of the death of USAID. And the world’s richest man did it almost as a joke

Frustrating article www.statnews.com/2026/09/29/u... via @statnews.com

Studies consistently show that misinformation plays a huge role.

This administration does not want women to have reproductive autonomy. The progress the US made in reducing teen and unintended childbearing is really at risk.

If confirmed, Overton will face intense pressure to roll back access to the abortion drug mifepristone after the midterm elections.

She claimed in 2023 that mifepristone is “dangerous to women” and said during her confirmation hearing that she is open to investigating abortion pill manufacturers:

Dr. Heidi Overton also said she is open to investigating abortion pill manufacturers during her Senate confirmation hearing.

Texas mothers are dying, and instead of giving us answers, Abbott’s administration is hiding that data.

Texans deserve the truth. They deserve transparency. And our state officials have a legal obligation to give it to them.

I’m demanding the report be released immediately.

This is a BIG deal as Trump's Department of Justice has refused to say that certain forms of birth control don't cause abortions in an active court case we covered on @autonomynews.co
