bsky.app/profile/eliz... I really do think some 'soft GC' liberal men (and women!) who said JKR 'had a point' over the years and that she 'isn't transphobic' and have defended the GC movement (and some of you follow me I know you do) have a responsibility to speak up on this.
Seemingly calling for any woman perceived to be trans using a public toilet to be photographed, doxxed and harassed certainly strikes me as transphobic.

The '60s Edwardiana fad is fascinating. Even early Bowie got in on it with 'Rubber Band" etc. It eventually filtered into the mainstream via 'grandad shirts' and floaty Laura Ashley frocks. But I suspect few outside the Kings Rd were wearing the full braided hussar jacket and handlebar mustache.

The standard was set by Trump a few years ago. Remember when a heckler was removed from one of his rallies and he shouted to the security officers "Don't be too gentle with them!" Also recall a few weeks ago the woman forcibly removed from a march because "She looked like a lefty"

On a side note. People often accuse the Matrix of plagarising Grant Morrison's comic book series "The Invisibles". Now I'm a huge admirer of that series but I just don't see it. Apart from one character being bald and wearing little round dark specs.

It was the final night of my play at the Edinburgh fringe. My then girlfriend's mother woke us with the news. We then had a VERY delayed train journey back to London, during which we amused ourselves playing a Judge Dredd board game. Our techie insists to this day that we entered a parallel universe
