Official campaign for Jeff Appelhans for U.S. Senate in Delaware. Rights first. Paid for by Appelhans for DE. union26.com
Thank you to everyone who listened, asked questions, volunteered, and supported this campaign. I’m grateful. Tomorrow, I’ll have more to say about our need to keep AI under human control—and how I’ll keep working on that, whatever form it takes.

Liberty Cap: a continuing obligation on net wealth above $25 million, rewarding major projects that deliver public value.

Clean power. Forests. Reliable water. Child care. Eldercare. Human work.

Communities help choose. The public keeps control.

What would you build? #LibertyCap

At Mt. Zion Aug. 27, I called for great fortunes to pay their fair share. Coons announced support Aug. 31; he cosponsored Wyden's 2025 Billionaires Income Tax Act Aug. 6.

Liberty Cap, in development since Feb., starts at $25M net wealth, with a bonus for great public works.

My Delaware Public Media interview is out. AI should answer to people, and the public should share in its gains.

Early voting is open. We can’t push the river, but we can channel it. Delaware can make technology serve human freedom, not concentrated power. UD profs—from peace to comp sci—are asking for yard signs. The Democratic primary ends Sept. 15. union26.com

Delaware’s 2BR wage: $32.20—86 minimum-wage hrs/week. We pulled the American Dream’s ladder into data centers. Senate needs FDR’s 2nd Bill of Rights and LBJ’s Great Society—plus tech chops to interrogate AI: advance that dream, not obliterate it.

Gallup found 80% worry leaders may knowingly break the law; 78% worry about large anonymous political donations.

That casts a cold pall over trust. It should also put reform on the ballot.
