Hmmm did y'all know that some banks use shell companies that also own the HOAs? That means you're paying them a mortgage and fees not to mention if you default on HOA because they increase, they use that to take your house. Even if your mortgage is on time. 🗣EVERYTHING IS A SCAM!

Memo: if you don't want to be an organ donor y'all can't just remove it from your license. You have to also go on the state donor list and remove it there as well. License is just the first check point. Then they check the donor list. Tell your family your wishes and leave it at that. #blacksky
