Fancied a casual game and picked up Bugsnax, was half what i expected (catching animals) and half a really nice surprise. Really good fun and a quick platinum if thats your thing. Recommend if you want to turn your brain off and relax.

If Elden Ring had Wolverine's fart gas on side quests i think id still struggle to complete them without YouTube guides.

My favourite Nintendo announcement was actually the Mario Kart world SNES tracks, i'm actually really wanting to go back to smaller tracks with less players, I feel this game has lost something the others had.

My prediction for the Nintendo direct is that they announce they're going all physical. They've not put much effort into their online services over the last 20 years so it makes sense.

Im so almost done with the Black Flag resynced platinum, then I think its either Mortal Shell II or Onimusha. Its a great second half of the year game wise

I do love it when the Platinum trophy is pretty. I'm ashamed to admit it by i think i only played Sonic Frontiers cos of how the trophy looked.

Heres my current stats on PlayStation for the year, ive definitely not played enough games, but so many great games coming out this year still, Onimusha and Wolverine next, then Gears E-day, Galactic racer, GTA VI and Ocarina remake. Also hoping Kena Scars of Kosmora makes it out this year.

News: Xbox is creating a Platinum equivalent. Worth noting Area X has offered the Xbox Emerald for years, an award for clearing the base achievements in any game. Nice to see the idea catching on.
